HOW DO I EARN A PAYCHEQUE?

As a business owner with Rodan +Fields, we get paid three ways:

1) CORE COMPENSATION
Our core compensation plan is one of the best pay plans in the channel.
We earn:
▪ RETAIL PROFIT from selling product to both our retail and preferred customers.
▪ CONSULTANT COMMISSIONS from sales to the consultants and preferred customers you sponsor.
▪ TEAM COMMISSIONS on sales made by the consultants you sponsor and your extended organization.
